Scholarships offer young people the opportunity to go to the cities to study Senior High School and University.
What are the scholarships?
Students are given the school scholarship at the beginning of the course and will allow them to pay for tuition, residence and all school supplies. The scholarship is renewed every year if they pass the course and have to volunteer a few hours at Grace Academy or Seweave during the holidays as part of the contract.
How are the funds raised?
Currently the funds are raised thanks to partners who help us pay for school scholarships. In the future, Nukoko aims to raise funds through local businesses that provide benefits for the project.
How many scholarships does Nukoko offer?
Nukoko has offered 15 scholarships and accepted 5 more scholarships. We depend on partners and solidarity sales to pay for these scholarships.
