Grace Academy provides education to more than 100 children between the ages of 3 and 12. Together we have managed to build a school that facilitates access to the most isolated families.
Objective
A self-sufficient school that, with aid from the district, follows the Ghanaian educational plan that allows students to go to Ando to study at Junior High School.
How has it been built?
In 2019, Crowdfundings, events and solidarity sales were held to raise money. The Aklobotonu community went out of their way to build and have the necessary workers and material.
How does it work today?
Nukoko has hired 5 teachers who will soon be funded by the district. Thanks to a donation we were able to buy books for the students and blackboards for the classes. Families pay a small tuition to cover the costs of materials, exams ...
